Central Market – also referred to as Phsah Thmei, meaning ‘New Market’ – is one of the major landmarks in Phnom Penh. Located in the main centre of Phnom Penh city at the meeting point of Kampuchea Krom and Street 63, it was built by a French architect in 1937.
