Especially in the evening Ochheuteal is popular for a seafood BBQs dinner at the beach. The beach bars open until late night with regular beach parties. Plenty of hostels, guesthouses and hotels can be found in the nearby area.

Ochheuteal is located south of Serendipity beach and north of Otres beach, which can be both reached by foot.

Hawaii Beach is very popular for Khmer Families during weekends but still less crowded than Ochheuteal Beach. You can find beach chairs umbrellas, bars and seafood restaurants.

Koh Pos Beach is a small and secluded beach with some beach chairs and salas that belong to the very popular Treasure Island Seafood Restaurant.

Independence Beach or 7-Chann Beach is more than a kilometre long. The north part of the beach is private as it belongs to the Independence Hotel. The south end of the beach is also open for the public.
Sokha Beach
Sokha Beach is a beautiful long beach which is devided into two parts, a local and a private beach. The private beach belongs to the Sokha Beach Hotel.

The rocky Serendipity Beach is located at the northern end of Ochheuteal Beach. You can also reach it from Sokha Beach over the small hill.

Otres Beach south of Ochheuteal is with its 3 km nearly white sand one of Sihanoukvilles nicest and relaxed beaches. There are restaurants and also bungalows right on the beach but it is still less developed and crowded than the other main beaches.
Ream Beach
Ream Beach is a quiet and mostly unnourished beach with a few beach shacks serving seafood and cold drinks. Part of the Ream National Park it is located 23 km from Sihanoukville town.
